Cody Canada - Breakdown (Acoustic)
With Stoney LaRue at Cheatam St. Warehouse in San Marcos, TX on 06/27/07. Cody actually dedicated this song to me in the beginning. Wow, was that great. But since I was filming, I did not want to holler out, so I waved my arm which is why the camera was shaking. In November of 2006, I saw them in Mobile, AL. and visited with Cody about “Breakdown”. He told me that the line “His picture’s on my wall. He looks about my age.” is referring to a picture he has in his office at home of Bob Dylan. Everybody always thinks he is talking about Jesus. “Sometimes I slow it down, to hear what I haven’t heard.” Thanks Cody.
