**With Kevin and Briana**
(Kevin is waiting out in the hall while Briana changes out of her bikini and into some dry clothes. After 15 minutes, Briana finally comes out of her room.)
Kevin: What took you so long?
Briana: I have a lot of clothes to pick from
(She moves from infront of the door so that Kevin can see the clothes strewn all over her bed.)
Kevin: Wow. You almost have as much clothes as me.
(Briana laughs REALLY loud)
Kevin: It wasn’t THAT funny….
Briana: Yes it was. You’re hilarious, Kevin
(bats her eyelashes)
Kevin: Ummm…okaaaay? So, you said you wanted to take a walk.
Briana: Yeah, let’s walk and talk
(she links her arm with his and starts pulling him down the hallway, towards the exit)
Kevin: So, tell me a little bit about yourself.
Briana: Well, I just turned 19. I live in Texas….
Kevin: Oh, really? We used to live there!
Briana. I know.
Kevin: Oh….well, where do you live in Texas?
Briana: We live in Abercrombie [it’s really a city!]
Kevin: Wow. There are some weird city names in Texas!
Briana: Yeah. Adkins, like the diet. Bacon. Bangs. And my personal favorite….Fairy!
Kevin: I DO like faries!
Briana: Me too! It looks like we’re perfect for each other!
(Briana laughs a little, but Kevin doesn’t. He stops walking)
Kevin: Look, Briana. I don’t know if Nick gave you any ideas. But…
Briana: (pauses) but what?
Kevin:…I just got out of a serious relationship.
Briana: How come I didn’t hear anything about that? I mean, I would think that it would be in the news.
Kevin: We kind of kept it on the down low.
Briana: Oh, I see
(awkward silence)
Briana: What was her name?
Kevin: Jenna
(another silence)
Briana: Was she pretty? I bet she was. I mean, you’re Kevin Jonas! I’m sure you have very high standards.
Kevin: Let’s not talk about Jenna. Me and her are over. But I’m just not ready for a relationship yet.
Briana: I understand (looks down at the floor)
Kevin: Briana, I think your a very cool…very pretty girl. But we just met today. I think it would be better if we just got to know each other a little better.
Briana: Sounds good.
Kevin: We better get back with the others. Who knows what Joe’s doing.
Briana: They’re probably still at the pool.
Kevin: Okay, let’s check there.
(They walk into the pool area and see Joe and Nick standing in wet boxers. Lana and Abbey are still in the pool, floating on their backs.)
Kevin: What’s going on here?
Briana: Why are two in your underwear?
Joe: (turning around) Oh, hey guys!
Nick: We were just swimming. And since we didn’t bring any swim suits, we had to swim in out boxers.
Briana: (walking up to Nick) Your hair looks so LONG when it’s wet! I can barely see your eyes!
(Abbey laughs. She doesn’t laugh loud. But since almost everything around the pool is made of tile, the laugh echos.)
Briana: Gosh. What’s so funny?
Lana: I said those exact words practically the second you guys were walking through the door.
