Despite all odds, but very much because of lockstep-with-Bush votes, freshman US Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) is vulnerable this fall against Texas legislator Rick Noriega, who has raised more than $1 Million. Cornyn’s decision to filibuster HR 6331 resulted in the TX Medical Association rescinding its endorsement.
